I just rode a 919........

A little background: My only riding experience has been on my beloved 77 550K - been riding for a little over a year.
So a cooworker shows up today on a honda 919.  Beautiful naked sportbike!
While I was admiring it, he casually tossed me the keys and said "take it for a spin".

Before he had the opportunity to re-think his offer, I happily obliged.

Holy mother of god.  It's fast.  How fast?  Couldn't tell you, as I never took it over 5K, but lord have mercy that was enough.

There is no woman alive that could give me the same feeling of ecstacy as I have right now.

I WANT ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Look for a used one as I think honda has stopped selling them this year.

Not a 919 but its almost completely naked.. I want one, ditch the front fairing for a buell lighting headlight setup, shorty exhaust setup and I would be in hogs heaven.

Just do not drag race a cb750. Some here will tell you nothing can beat a 1080 750 no matter how fast or tweaked it is! ;)

I looked at a 919 once. I sure would like to have one. Though you probably get a rocket and strip it down and put on some riser bars and get close to it. Saw a yammy that was like that and it was pretty nice.
