I heared a scientific study off Saturday Night Live that said 99% of all people that text while driving like getting into accidents... weird...

We have to travel a lot at the comany I work for.
Their policy regarding cell phone use while driving is pretty simple - pull off the road if you talk on the phone.
If you are seen driving and talking on the phone, you're fired on the spot, zero tolerance.

I don't talk on my cellphone while driving...hands free or otherwise. It's all about the conversation. Not the thing held up to your head. Cell phones should be only allowed in use when parked in a car, just like video monitors that aren't nav screens in most states.
