what size baffle tube do I need?

Looking at building a straight through glass pack for my crapy sounding Mac's. Need advise selecting the baffle tube size. should it be the same size as the headder tube?, bigger?, smaller?

I would say base it off of the size of the pipes in the stock "baffle" that comes with the Mac.
