Seriously, we are in a dire situation.  E-mails are flying about where people saw gas being pumped.  The whole area is out of gas.  O U T  By the time you hear about a station with gas and get there, they're out again.  I think stations are only getting half deliveries once in a while.

I'm afraid to drive anywhere, and if I were you, I would avoid the area.  We seem to be the only ones this is happening too, and from what i understand, it may take some time to rectify the situation.  Nerve-wracking to say the least.
PM sent, anyway-

We've got 60's in the AM, and 80's for a high, SAM.  Should be high 50's in the AM and 70's in the afternoon when you're here.  If I can get off (why did I get a job?) we'll take in Barber's while you're here.

Sounds like we'll have a Clan before it's over with, but I'm not wearing a kilt on crutches. ;)

Hope you can make it down to UE!

It's the Southeast Tour.

Yes paul, heffay has posted a route which is not a million miles off where I will be headed apart from the last bit from Gulf Port to Valdosta.

Samer, there are 2 museums within a couple hundred miles of each other that often get confused.  The Barber Musem includes a raceway and houses many beautiful motorcycles.

The Barber's Museum showcases implements, supplies, tonic and pomades, and methods of tonsorial expertise from the past.  You might be interested in one more than the other. ?  (I, of course, have been there many times)

If that map has any degree of accuracy, your route will be at least 3 -perhaps 4- hours away from me.  Parenthetically, you'll be missing the best of the mountains, also.  Too bad...

A top drag racer in the UK Chris Hannam (Cannon) had a hotel booked and paid for in Valdosta for 3 nights then found Someone had booked him in another hotel with them.
He's letting me have his booking for half the price at $100 bed and breakfast, so the last bit is sorted. ;D ;D ;D ;D I just need to sort the first bit now as I still haven't heard from my nephew in Richmond. :( :( :( :( :( :(
