Death wish sisters on British motorway
« on: September 26, 2008, 05:01:51 AM »
This, folks, is something I've heard of before but never imagined it could really happen. Be warned, there are some disturbing images and would advise those of you with health issues to be prepared.

My thoughts entirely; one of those sisters, after having been full on by a car, got up and whacked a policewoman to the ground!!
Not even Rambo could recover like that.

Yeah, and if someone fought back with a cop like that in the states, they would:
1.  Be beaten senseless with nightsticks
2.  Be in jail for a hell of a lot longer than 1 day.

Man, those Swedish chicks are hot!!!!  ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

You forget this is the land of "human rights for criminals, illegals, murderers etc" where the perpetrator has more rights than the victim. Cops here have a "dos and don't dos" list as long as the law books themselves, so before they can make an arrest they have to make sure ALL the boxes are ticked. I won't go into the "elf an' safety" saga, cos it just irritates the hell outa me.
Recently there was a story in the news that an old lag (prison inmate) refused to leave the apparent safety and comfort of his cell when his sentence was complete! Aren't we missing something here?

This is also on youtube.

The youtube video looks like some kind of reenactment, though a good bit of the footage matches the BBC report - do your cops in the UK go out with camera crews?

More on the one woman from the comments to the youtube video:

"The women in the Red Coat is Sabine Erickson, 40 year old Swede from Cork, Ireland & mother of 2. She was charged on suspicion of murder on 12th Sept, of 54-year-old Glen Hollinshead found with one stab wound to chest.

After the M6 incident, she was released from custody, she tried to commit suicide by throwing herself from a motorway bridge, she lived and broke both her ankles, she was in a wheelchair at her murder hearing."

Freaky.

Amazing! I passed these two moments before it happened and gave a witness statement on the way back up the motorway an hour later. They were running up the central reservation for ages....if you see a black Saab in the fast lane on the video, that's me!

I can't see one so obviously I was just too fast  ;D

how inept were those officers? quite. Its like watching the keystone cops.

Here, they would have been immobilized, taken from the scene and then probably assaulted off camera.

Ha ha, I've seen lots of US cop shows where they do this thing called the "Pitt Maneuver" to spin the bad guy's car around and take it out, but at least half of them seem to go wrong, with the cop car shoving the bad guys into on-coming traffic, and taking out several other cars, bikes, pedestrians, etc.

The good thing is, once they get them out of the cars most of the assaulting happens right in front of the camera! Then of course there's the mobile shootouts where the cops and the bad guys are driving at 100 MPH firing wildly at each other with hundreds of bullets going everywhere, man, that English clip looks kinda boring by comparison? Cheers, Terry. ;D
