I don't wear ear plugs myself but a buddy does; they're the generic type described above with string connecting the two bits. He then uses I believe first aid tape to hold them to his ear.

I bet that's quite a sight...

Dunno, it's under the helmet after all and it's just bits of tape. Should I re-post in the humor section?

i wear ski goggles while riding the lawn mower up at the ranch in southpark... gets wicked wind blowing across the high plains off of the mountains and grass and dust go flying!

i am probably quite a site though... bouncing over all the ground squirrel mounds, ski goggled and beer in hand.

Keeps trouble makers away I bet. It's my philosophy that it's always helpful to have people think you're a little nuts.
