curiosity's sake... how alike are the cb200 and cb400f tank (and other bits)

as i look around i see the 200 has a similar tank... just how similar?  pretty close though, right?

it seems every size cb i've seen, the tank gradually gets bigger and looks odd on another frame for this or that reason.
