I might be close to getting a 1977 CB550 in very good shape. I am initially planning on what I would do to the bike, including getting a different seat. The one on the bike is in great shape, but its the king/queen style. I want to replace it with a flat style seat, but is wondering if I can only replace it with a seat from the same model. Curious if I could install a cb750 seat to the 550 frame?
