400F torque settings

Just to be sure: am I right if 2.0 kg/m corresponds with 19.6 Nm for the head bolts? My torque wrench has Nm and M Kgs settings.

*shrug* well the
workshop manual
says that the torque spec for headbolts on a 400F is 200kg-cm or 14.5 ft-lbs (or 19.612Nm), so Honda thinks that's just right.
