1972 CB750F...Is it worth the price?
« on: October 03, 2008, 04:32:12 PM »
Hi All,

I'm thinking about purchasing a 750 K2.  This one is across the bay from me.  Seems a bit pricey?  Would love opinions...

Here's ebay link:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=004&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=140271263150&rd=1

Here's craiglist link:

Also, can anyone give me advice on swapping out an oil pan on a CB350F?  Do I need to apply oil to the gasket? Anyone know the torque for the bolts or should I just go by feel?

Thanks everybody,

Dan

I wouldn't call that Reconditioned.....

Lots of miles, incorrect seat, trim rings missing for the fork boots.....and a few other things....

If you want it to look perfect...plan on spending $1000 on chrome alone.

But its a good driver...my guess is it will go $3500 range....
