Hey guyz found this site by pure luck a little wile ago and found that i got so much help with my chop so just had to join...

Iv built many chops in my time but must admit the 550 has been the most tempremental engine iv ever done lol...
but i love it.........
here it is


boyer electronic ingnition fitted
straight through slash cut pipes
Kn air fillters
total rewire
cut and welded frame hardtail..

The bars are a set of T bars i use to have on a triumph 500 tiger 110, tried a few on her but these gave the best rideing position for me anyway lol got so many bars in my garage i was spoilt to what to use lol :)

I'm assuming you did the hardtail yourself?  Looks nice.  What did you use, and how does she handle?  Neck looks unmolested.
