the Accelerator Pump Dust Boot has a smaller diameter hole than the accelerator pump rod. It appeared that the accelerator pump rubber boot top was cut off, is this recommended?
I suspect that the bottom portion of the boot with the hole in it is not placed inside the sleeve, True?
