stock throttle and clutch.  used a tachometer cable for the speedo since its a few inches shorter.

I know this sucks but..... from what I have seen I would say $3000 to $4000???0
I'm selling mine for $1500 & can't get any takers :(

youd get more than 1500 around here. If you had been here selling it a couple months ago I would have definitely picked it up. SOHC are rare here.

so i still have this bike.. ive put about 2300 miles on it since i finished building it last summer.  ive started to get a little tired of the open pipes as they are LOUD.  picked up a set of 8" baffles and installed them in the drag pipes today.  sounds WAY quieter (although not as mean as before).  its amazing how much difference a little back pressure makes.. ive not rejetted the carbs yet but even running pretty rich, the bike idles at a lower rpm and has a #$%*-ton more backpressure.  i actually have problems kickstarting it now which is saying alot since kickstarting the bike previously was like kicking a 100cc dirtbike!!  when the carbs are rejetted ill take the old girl for a spin and see if torque and gas mileage has improved any..

thanks!  its still for sale.. have a guy coming to look at it for 3500 this weekend (that includes a spare frame, motor, wheels, tank, and tons of parts that go with the bike).  ive been unable to ride this thing so far this year as i messed my back and hip up pretty bad so ive been pushing a little harder to sell it than i was last season.

How did that skate wheel end up working as a tensioner? I might have to dig out my old T-Bones and put em back into action!
