...you have a 2 car garage and the only things in it are the 2 cb750s in the middle of projects, with various parts nd tools scattered about.

Then your wife asks why she can't park in our 2 "car" garage.

oh well I'll get around to making her space eventually

The Garage has more sq. feet in it than your house.
And theres barely room to pull your bike in for an oil change with the other motorcycles and motorcycle parts.
But you can stretch out in your house comfortably.

...you stroke your bike more often than your wife.

...you just know when she needs expensive items to give you what you want.(tires, shocks, pistons, cam, etc..)

...you feel guilty for riding other bikes.

...you watch for months for that perfect part on fleabay and spend $100.
But only take 5 minutes and $5 to get the wife a gift at walmart.

But seriously, though. Never underestimate the 'brownie-points' to be gained by flowers, especially if delivered to her work place. Trouble is, the cynical people who work there too always immediately say "What has Nick done wrong now.....................?"

During the earliest part of my marriage, I once stroked my k8 motor that was atop a beer keg sittin behind the couch.

I was on the couch...... & on the wife at the time.......

And believe me, she hasnt forgot about it yet.

Nor is she likely to. That's the kind of scenario that gets brought up with monotonous regularity what she needs to remind you how long suffering she is.
