Rick in Sarasota, FL

Hey guys! Came across this site and found some really good reads. Funny stories, good info, cool builds! I've owned the SOHC Hondas years ago. My first bike was a 500. If anyone remembers what a Tracy's one piece body kit was, it had one on it. Kinda cool! If I can find an old pic of it I'll scan it and post it up.

I'm a tinkerer, builder, fabricator and can't leave anything alone. If you park it in my garage, something's gonna happen! One of my current projects is a SOHC-6. No doubt, I couldn't leave well enough alone. There were necessary upgrades and mods needing done. I took care of them! You can have a look on page 5 in this thread:

I hope I can contribute something here. I like the site and looks like you've got a good group here. Give me a shout. Thanks. Rick

Rick, welcome from western NC! How do you stand all those straight flat roads! ;D I guess I'm spoiled by these twisting mountain roads, less than an hour from the Dragon's Tail!

Yea, the roads suck down here but there are a few decent ones if you look. An occasional hill too! Ha!

BTW, I get up your way now and then:
