First the filler info.
Fixed some idle issues lately (increased pilot orifice from .42 to .46) and made some carb setting changes so followed up with some Dyno checking to see how the A/F numbers looked. So disregard the max air/fuel=17.5 it's a computer glitch. It runs as rich as 12.2 and lean to 13.6
CB550 with 61mm pistons, CR of 10.1:1 - displacing 592cc
WebCam 58a camshaft (mild street) stiffer aftermarket valve springs and some light porting
4 into1 homejob exhaust
stock PD46 carbs-needle up one position, 107.5 mains (stock-90) pilots are.46mm(stock .42)
Stock intake plenum, but large single K&N and no airbox
Dyna S ignition with 3 ohm coils
The only realtime Dyno numbers I could find for a stocker was from psykod (550F) and he saw 36.8 RWHP and 26ft. lbs of torque.
So I didn't know what to expect for torque, still don't know why the torque takes the curve it does, someone might explain that to me.
