I live in Burlington, Ma.
have a 78 750K8. The motor is apart on the bench & I'm kinda stuck as to what my next move should be. I have the top end off and have a lot of questions! Any takers?

Plenty of takers in Boston! We have a SOHC beer night tonight - Old Irish Ale House, Dedham -7pm onwards...if interested in real time chat...will be 5 or 6 of us tonight. PM me if you need my cell phone.

Failing that ask away...

cheers

OK Here I go, Are heavy duty studs worth it? The # 2 Cylider is dirtier or a little rustier than the other 3.Do i hone or rebore to next over? standard rings? Do I really have to change the primary chains? The cam chain rollers and slider are brittle so those will go new which by the way where is the best place to buy what I need? This is my first time at a rebuild so any advise is greatly appreciated! Don't wanna bomb you all at once, that's enough for now I guess. Peace , Timmy
