I read on this thread that they took a CX500-900 engine and mounted it sideways & added a chain drive. Could this be one of those?

No, this engine is from a VTR1000. Google image that and you'll see one heck of a different bike than this! This one should be made as a road going version. Alas, Ecosse hasn't the money.

Seems like a "Street Tracker has already been posted and even though this one is a SOHC4, I'm posting it here as an example of the "Tracker Style". Not much was changed, but looks good to me!

I know traditionally trackers have been of the vee, thumper, or twin variety. But I'm stuck on a SOHC/4 version. This give a good idea of it.

Well guys, When Tim (kghost) get's the time, he has already started building and posted some shots of what he's accomplished, up to a point, of making a set of those kund of pipes.

Don't recall when he showed them or exactly how to bring them up. May have to get him to do it.
