Hey everyone,
I'm new to the forum and I'll be needing some guidance from you all. I bought a '78 CB750 about 2 years ago and have been rebuilding it since then. Right now I'd say it's about 97% complete and should be ready to ride just in time for winter... I'm building my gallery but I thought I'd show you guys where it's at now. The entire bike was broken down to the frame. All unused tabs were cut off then the frame, swingarm, front and rear rims and all other misc. parts went off to powder coat. I have a 74 tank on it since the 78 tank has the flap covering the gas cap and I thought it looked a little ridiculous so I swapped it out. The big issue we're having with it now is that the new filters I have on it that replaced the factory air box and way less restrictive and we're having to dump a ton of fuel into it to keep it from stalling out. we went up to 128 jets but still sorting out that mess. All I need to finish other than that is to wire in the indicators and the license plate bracket and she should be ready for the maiden voyage.
Cheers,
~Jay
