Your Fiat probably has a hand operated throttle control so

You got off easy man. I heard on the radio this morning on the traffic report. Bike vs Deer. Bike and driver dead on impact. Deer mortally wounded. Glad your still around to tell the tale man. Here's to a speedy recovery.

Rob, I gave up riding late in the day since this area is infested with Deer. We have only bow and arrow hunting here so the suckers grow big and numerous. I am really glad you came out in one piece. I have to rethink my own safety gear.

You can get power heads for arrows, though the play merry hell with your accuracy  ;)

They were talking about screws or something, I'm hoping it hasn't moved and is starting to

Got the x-rays and they're going to let me heal the old fashioned way.  ;D
So looks like no surgery. The Doc asked me what I had been doing and I told
her she didn't won't to know.  ;D ;D ;D

Glad to hear you are healing well.  I kind of lurk here for the good general advice... Hopefully, you will be better by the time I get my old SR500 tricked out for spring.  I daily ride my cruiser (2000 Drifter) - but really miss the ability to get out and carve.

You are definately on my list of folks to hook up with to ride in the spring.

Hey Sam, it's feeling a bit better each day, I just wont be jumping any fences anytime soon.  :(

But, the missus and I are looking forward to the outing on Saturday. Looks like the weather is
going to cooperate for you to get in your runs. We'll probably get down there early. Hoping to get
there around 10 AM. (Gates open at 9 AM) Unless you think we should get there earlier.
