Back when "Jack In The Box" was here on the east coast, the local branch had trouble keeping the plastic "Jack" head on the drive thru speaker thingy.  It seems the local gang would blow it up within a week of it being replaced.

Then there were the nightly moonings.  But that's a different story.
Go metric, every inch of the way!

Just got on "board" with this.  I found the Wendy's guy wearing the red haired scalp of poor little Wendy to be deeply disturbing.  I can only imagine that advertising agencies have lsd in their candy dishes and smoke weed at meetings.  The King, The clown, And the Wendy's freak don't make me want to eat hamburgers much.  I will overlook it all for the fries though.

If the King was riding a motorcycle, normally I'd think he'd get bugs in his mouth with it constantly hanging open like that.  But I honestly think the bugs would avoid him.

Anyone remember the original King?

As a kid growing up in the suburbs of Chicago we would occasionally take a trip to see the grandparents in southern Illinois. As we would travel I-294 south through Franklin Park, there was a large neon version of this sign that stood at their midwest distribution center. It was cool and very colorful. Ahhh, memories!

Yeah, I think the current King is pretty creepy too....

I've got a VHS of Ewoks: The Battle for Endor taped off TV back in the '80s with a commercial for moss man  ;D

That tape also has an old school McDonald's commercial where they're selling that Styrofoam Big Mac container that separated the meat from the toppings.  "The hot stays hot, the cool stays cool!"

Ah, the 80s...  What a time of excess and utter ignorant wastefulness  :D

taco bell uses road kill

taco bell does sound good. or even a big burrito from La Villa.
Keep it shinny side up.
