Boy Bill, you sure beat me to that one. :o

Now, of course the 450 Scrambler exhaust will fit but not too easy to find. Know anyone who might be able to fab up an exhaust?

Just happened to be here when he posted.
Not a lot of interchangeability with the exhausts on old Hondas (uh, like ZERO). 350 to 350, 450 to 450, 175 to 175, in terms of CL/CB - that's about it.
Any of the old CL exhausts are very hard to find in good shape.
Actually ANY old Honda exhausts are golden.

what r the differences

If you are asking the differences between the 350 and 450 exhaust pipes, start with the fact that the 350 pipes are a smaller diameter that the 450. The chance the the pipes have the curve needed for the 350, would not be the same. I can't comment on the 360 pipes vs the 350, no experience there.

Previously, I was talking about having one made and here's one I picked up on ebay last year and have yet to be able to get much done, so I could install it and check it out.

And here it is, on the 450 that the owner of the pipe made the pipe for:
