I went with shortround, only because it shows up better IMO, tsfistb has to much black for my taste, but he did get my vote last month. I can't really fault either bike tho.

Your check is in the mail heff.

I eat off of things dirtier than Shortround's bike.  Very clean - nice work.

Here is a more recent pic of the 400 with a steering damper, new pegs and a few other things.  Try not to stare directly at the big dent in the tank.  It will suck your will to live.  I have another one lined and stripped but I'm struggling with the color choice.

I’ve always been partial to the CB400’s.
tsfistb gets my vote, but it’s another tough battle in BOTM world.

Good luck to you both.

For what it's worth I'd stay with red. No matter the color yours is one of the best modded 400's I've seen.

Both bikes are real fine... argh......... the conflict! :-\

Really like the red on that bike tsflstb.....can't beat a red Honda.
You could change it up and ditch the stock Honda badges and get some retro circular badges like these
if you wanted slightly different look...

Very nice bikes....both of you.  Inspires me to get back out in the shop and plug along some more on my project.

Not to hijack, but are those Yamiya badges only available from Japan? Or is there a North American source?

I went with T's bike. It was close but the thing that sent it over were all the holes in the rear hub on shorts bike. It seemed to mar the appearance to me. BUT it took THAT to be able to decide!
