Yeah, it definitely appears to be off of a Suzuki.

I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!

That looks similar to the one I have, from a gs450s
If you want to fit it to a cb750, just know you'll need to shave about 1/4 " off of both the frame shock mounts and shorten the rubbers too. Otherwise, the channel is plenty wide/deep for the frame and coils.

I don't know why so many hondaphiles are interested in this tank, it is a really nice example of one for a gs450 but really as a short tank it is kinda worthless to us.
