About to order my second chain in 6 months. Had a DID the first time and it didn't. Will the $4 more make a difference?

Are you replacing the sprockets as well? 4 months is not a long time and the only thing that can make a chain die that fast is running it through a grinder or having very bad sprockets or having the rear tire WAY off.

Well, I've put over 4800 highway miles on it since then and didn't oil it enough
