Unless she had wheels that rotate totally 90 degrees there is no way she would park there. We know that; wonder why she didn't?
A little known fact is that when we ask an examinee to parallel park on their test, it is not the 'quality' of the parking itself we are looking for. Rather, the appropriate safety observation (shoulder check when pulling over, 360 check before backing up, shoulder check when pulling out), and the ability to park the car with appropriate space margins all around. I've had four or five examinees drive into the car in front when they attempted to pull out without leaving enough space.
