Frame Paint for a 1976 TL250??

I have a friend who is doing a light restoration on a 1976 Honda TL250 and am wondering if anyone has found a close match for the frame paint. Something that is generally available would be great. he is also looking for an NOS throttle cable for the same bike. Any and all leads would be greatly appreciated.
