But seriously, folks: DSTYGE, Billie Jean, Thriller & Smooth Criminal. Anything else, and their taste is questionable, so they don't deserve to hear it.

MJ hasn't been musically relevant in more than 15 years. I'm as sick about it as everyone else.

On the plus side, I got "Best of the Jackson 5" on wax in prime condition off of ebay the day before he died for A BUCK! Now they're asking $50. If that's not the vinyl trade of the year I'll burn my 45s.

Thank goodness I agree! I yell at the TV everytime someone talks about MJ's death. Isn't there more important things in this country (and others) we can deal with?! C'mon, unemployment is skyrocketing, wars are going on, the economy is plunging, etc., etc. Maybe I wasn't old enough at the time for his music to influence me but whenever we found out he likes to touch little children, I find it comforting that he's gone.

edit: Yeah, where is the love for Billy Mays!? I was more heartbroken over his passing.
