The woman goes to HR and wants to file a sexual harrasment claim. The HR manager asks what happened. She explained that everyday while she is making copies, a male employee walks up to her and says, "Your hair smells really great today!" The HR manager says, "Well, that's not really appropriate, but it isn't sexual harassment either.
