Whats the biggest rim and tire size we can go up Front and in the Back on our CB

Im just curious since Im going to be getting new rims anyways whats the biggest we can go on our CB550's?

Can someone confirm this.....I was talking to a shop and they told me to go with a 18x2.15 Front and a 18x3.5 Rear?

Is it better to go staggered? 18 Front and 19 Rear? Sorry a little confused on which route to go.
