Oh! Hur, ok...  :o  Makes me wish I had nicer pics from recently that didn't have me actually *on* the bike...

I really appreciate the nomination... That's one mean looking 350 though. :D Mine's bone-stock except for the paint job.  If you all want, I'll try to get better pics tonight. :D  Sadly, I'm still waiting on a replacement mirror from Honda, and there's that ding in the tank that doesn't show in most other pics Martino...   :D  but I'm seriously flattered anyway.

Edit:  My mirror and clutch cable boot came in, so I'll have some nice pics tonight, if (God willing) I remember the camera...

now are we talking about paint etc being bone stock or components?  because everything about my bike, save the paint, is bone stock...

I think it's bone stock.

Who all has stockers?  Magpie and 736 come to mind, anyone know of any others?

... beg to differ on that one guys and gals.

i think that most of the owners w/ the pristine stockers (including paint) would have to call you on it as well.  in fact, i'd be willing to bet they'd argue you until they became an unstock color of blue in the face!

wait, did i say i was gonna be quiet thru all this?   ;D

many restorers would have a hayday w/ what you just tried to pass as stock... my first thought when looking at it was custom.

Agreed. In the minds of purists it's either stock or it isn't.

Stock is the way it looks in the sales brocure. Hush's bike is a little different since it's a police bike........but if it was a police bike with straight pipes it would be out. It's in it's police bike stock condition so it's a stocker.

Andy nominated 'Franks' bike back on page one.........but I'm not sure who he's talking about, unless he's talking about 754 - Frank, in which case I haven't seen a pic of it yet.

This is tough.  I was going to nominate kghost's 400F - but it's not a stock color.

I can't find many stock restorations in the project section.  Does the old photo gallery still work?

Hef, my post wasn't very clear.  I was saying that the BOTM this month is for bone stock bikes, not that kit's bike was bone stock.  Sorry for the confusion.

Which one of 736cc's beautiful bikes should we nominate?

I'm thinking the blue one.  It can't be the gold one because it already won BOTM.  But I'll PM him to make sure.

Come on guys we Kiwis ain't that dumb, those are sales brochure pictures for new bikes.
Nice brochures though, you could get money for them on EBay!
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!

How about nominating my latest blue CB750, a K5 in PERFECT condition, might be the best running CB750 ever!
All those gallery beauties have found happy new owners. But I always have a couple CB750's in various degrees of restoration in my little shop.
Thank you very much for considering my bikes.

Ill third the blue CB750 - great looking bike Andy  - my first CB750 was exactly like that bike - also bought it from a guy in CT - this was back in 1992 - rode it from Cape Cod, MA to Grand Canyon and back - 7000 miles, 3 weeks...blue is one of the best colours ;-)

1992

cheers
