750 K8 bolt on mufflers, fact or ficton?

Seems like I read somewhere, that someone made bolt/clamp on mufflers for the CB750's.  You cut the pipe just forward of the muffler where it's welded.  These mufflers just side over and clamp.  Does such a muffler exist, where do you get them and are they any good?

You can pick them up at most bike shops, they are just aftermarket mufflers

The marketing term is slip-on muffler. Problem is that it is hard to find mufflers with a small enough inlet to fit well. They include reducers but those are half-assed. Best thing is to either get the correct I.D. size OR find a good muffler shop and have them size a pipe for you to use and an adaptor. Polish the thing up and it works pretty decent.
