newb help.... can't find my answer in the manual.. LOL

I need help...I don't have a clue how to get this little bugger off the rim...



cause I need to get this out...




any thoughts? ( The manual seems to be pretty vague on the issue) LOL

The first picture is your axle nut. Find a wrench to fit it. THe second picture is your axle which goes all the way through the hub and is the inside of the nut in pic 1. There should be a hole in the axle end that you can put a large size Phillips screwdriver or punch in.

THen turn the nut off on the other end. Easier said than done as holding the axle end can be a struggle. Put a length of pipe on the screwdriver or punch so it goes to the floor and you have something to turn against. Or put the axle in a vice.

Once the nut is off, you can pull the axle out from the speedo drive side if necessary.

thank you...  I was struggling like a #$%**@)@!!!! #$#$#$  to get that thing off.. never thought of the pipe over a screw driver..

 ;D I just did that last weekend. It DID take a little more force than I was initially comfortable with (thought the screwdriver would bust).
