anyone know is this cam will fit a 550 w/o piston modification?

290 deg duration w/ .330 lift

265 deg duration @.050"
1978 Cb550k(Sold)

mac 4-1
105 mains
stock pilots
needles set 1 step richer than stock
IMS 2 turns out

Should be a direct bolt in, but check with webcam to be sure.

i think you will need some head work with that cam. better valve springs too.

 That should bolt in but I'd strongly recommend springs....they are not that expensive.

MRieck...def. going to do springs with that cam...and going to try my hand at porting the head as well...hope i dont kill the street ability of the bike
