Phoenix to Mt Rushmore

Shenanigans and I just got back from Mt rushmore on my 750 and his 550. He actually went all the way to Syracruse Ny and I came back to phoenix. Origionally we were going to do the PCH but because of all the fires, we didn't want to deal with it and we just went to south dakota. Anyhow, It was a good trip and the bikes did well. Besides a broken clutch cable and a dyna that craped out (points to the rescue!) Thanks to shenanigans for waiting while i fixed my bike, and lending me his 550 to get parts from the nearest city. Heres some Pictures:

Great photos!!! Looks like you both had a good time! And there are always going to be some bike repairs to be done on the side of the road  ;) Glad to see you got it sorted out.

Good luck to Shenanigans in getting to NY - looks like he is all set for lugagge!

Good to see that a couple other people on this list feel the need to bring there skateboard along for the trip!!I just took a skate trip from NYC to Machias,ME about 1400 miles round trip.I will post some pictures when I get the time.Looks like you guys had a great time on your trip.You hit up any skateparks on the trip?
