Retouqing head after 9000 kays

Is it a good idea to rodo head tension after 9000 kays or best to leave it.
Have engine out it is a 1975 F1 750/4 wih 900 kit .I also need side cover oil tank side

Absolutely not if it were mine.  You didn't say there was anything wrong, no leaks etc.

this clearly falls into the "if it ain't broke don't fix it" category
