Back to 77 Honda CB550F
« on: November 24, 2008, 10:52:24 AM »
Hello from Virginia.   Recently picked up a CB550F in relatively good shape.   My first bike in 1975 was a CB400F and I've been riding since then.   All Honda's, execpt for one Kawasaki, in the first 30 years.   Then to an 05 HD Electra Glide, and now adding the 550F to the stable.

Got a 77 550 that is stock except for the exhaust.  A 4 into 3 would be great but hard to find or pay for.

Welcome from Centreville (home) and Falls Church VA (work).

The guys @ Colemans Honda are old bike nuts, go make some friends down in parts and I bet they will be helpful. In my experience you should avoid Crossroads Cycles at all costs, they botched up my bike big time.

If you ever want to get together with another local SOHC nut, get at me, I work right by where you live, and am always down for a cold one with another bike nut.
