new member in the mile high city
« on: January 15, 2009, 03:11:07 PM »
Greetings from downtown Denver, CO

My name is matt (mateo) and have been lurking here for over a year, posting only recently.  Quite a wealth of knowledge here!

I have two cb750s  (K7 and K8) both of which I'm giving the cafe treatment (one for me, one for my pops).  I also have a cb400t that's a runnabout downtown.

The goal is to have both projects finished by spring to enjoy once the snow melts.

Welcome,

There is starting to be a following here in CO.
I went to the Rusted Nuts third friday and the only one there. Was a bummer.
I should be riding sometime on sunday.

awesome man, I sent you a PM...

Any other local cafes or non-cafes looking to ride this spring hit me up. I think a ride up trail ridge road in Rocky Mountain Nat. Park would be cool this summer.

Seen a 400 year or so ago going down the hiway with strait pipes.   Was on my 360 with strait pipes so the two sounded good together.  Just had to ask if it was you.

Hey fellas, I bought a 75 cb750 in the fall as well. I'm living over by Sloans Lake. I have a few things to get done, but those Highand Runs sound like a lot of fun since I'm so close.
I'll mudhole in that ass cause Im straight outta tha swamp
