Pics of my toys
« on: November 27, 2008, 01:26:31 AM »
Here's my '75 Kawasaki S1-C Triple i brought back to life after it sat in a barn covered for 24 years!

Also i painted the front fender, its not the same color and i'm sure some of you know what color it is but be quiet, i dont' want to let the kawa experts kill me for spraying that. lol.

and this one is just funny :)  I'm also the insanely tall one in the front.  I look rather odd on these things but meh, whatcha gonna do.

Here's the '74 CB360.  Still in pieces but o well

I have the tank on a shelf, it could use a good wetsanding but i'm sure the decal will peel off so i'm going to leave it for now.  It's more of matte finish after all the years of abuse.  When i first started cleaning it i didn't realize the wheels were even chrome.  That bike had so much dirt and dust it was insane.  I was amazed at what came out, not sure why the tank didn't clean up as much as the rest but who knows. Anyway hope you guys enjoy.  I have tons more but i'm not going to whore here.  I do that on my mazda and triple forum enough as it is.

Kawa looking good !
I believe the front fender on that Kawa was chromed.
Very sturdy fenders.
I put one on my thumper as a rear fender.
I used the rear/taillight portion of the same Kawa on my '75 CB750F

I like that kawa! Owning a 350f has increased my interest in other small displacement mulit-cylinder bikes like that.

Hey, don't feel bad that the 360 is in parts, a number of us have some like that. ;)

        Nice Kawas BTW! 8) ;)
