I have a 72 CB750 and have been experiencing the dribbly petcock problem as well.  Pretty profusely I might add.  I've ordered items number 8, 9, 10, 13, & 25 in the above diagram.  The parts cost about $25.00 (Ouch!  For petcock rubbers?) from the local Honda dealer.  They should be in tomorrow.  I'll repost when I get it rebuilt.  Sure hope it fixes the problem.

ok... here's the details for all you dripping petcock kooks!
my home depot was all out. but yours might have them in stock.  AND they're only 66 cents for a 4 pack. neoprene or fiber.
i went to sun cycles in manasquan nj. franks been working on old bikes for awhile.
as soon as i showed up with a zip-lock bag full of petcock parts he said, "dripping petcock???"
he told me its a common problem with the brass crush washers that came on mid-70s cb's.
the crush washer works fine the first time they're installed. apparently not so good the second time.
he gave me a set of neoprene ones. and told me he's been using these for years to cure the problem.
so now i just got finished installing them. the petcock is now all put back together and switched to off.
i put in about 10 oz. of fuel and walked away.
i'll check the paper towel under my carbs before bedtime and get back to you.

Don't be smoking when you do. ;)
We'll all be someone else's PO some day.

ok... i just checked it (without smoking) and it seems to be good.
neoprene gets my thumbs up this time. if it happens again i'll go with the fiber washer.
now i'm off to figure out if a gold wing triple tree will give me some room for a rear rim on the front hub.
see you guys on my next mission!
...and THANK YOU to everyone for your knowledge and help.
