New guy here
« on: December 07, 2008, 09:04:54 PM »
I found this site by someone on the Motorcycle Classics forum. I own a 1978 Honda cb750f, 1972 cb500K, 1980 cb650C. I bought the 750F this last summer for $150.00. The original owner installed extended forks, ape hanger handle bars, king and queen seat. I don't know what the guy was thinking. So I am working to get it back to original config. The 750 has 4K original miles and was registered for only four years. I look forward to putting it back on the road. :o

Took ya long enough with all those rides  ;D

Glad ya made it.  Plenty of good info here and lots of questions get answered.  Use the search engine here first, only recommendation.
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

sounds like somebody is sad cuz they need a queen for their seat.  and whats wrong with big ape bars? i put em on my chopper so my kid could steer better.   here's a pic of how i rolled before i changed to ape hangers.

(i'm just kidding, welcome to the forum yo.)
don't take me too seriously.

King & queen seat, ape hangers, extended forks and straight pipes Work great on a K model but not on an F model. Can you see a Honda CBX600 with all that crap on it! I don't think so. :D
