It actually can take years. When I had it it was not really recognized. It feels like you have the flu all of the time. No energy and everything aches. Today i think they have some treatments that help. You have to tough it out. I also had to change my diet a great deal. Just hang in there.
Yea - that about sums it up. Sometimes I have good days, other times it may be a week or two before I can pull it together. With any luck it will pass. I have read hundreds of articles on it and it seems like a blanket statement to cover the condition the doctors can not put their finger on. Meaning they can't say "hey, that's is this".
For the first time in almost 4-5 months last night I was able to have solid sleep in which I had dreams that I could at least remember that I had dreams. It was NyQuil induced because I am sick by other means now. The wife made the mistake of buying that alcohol free stuff - Don't use it. If a medicine is to taste that bad it should mess you up.
I snuck out and got the real stuff.
