i found an exhaust locally for a 80 cb650c, and i was wondering if there was any way it would fit my cb750k?

only if the exhaust spacing and angle of the ports is the same, I think you will be down on diameter of the headers as well

If you can get them on, you might not need a sidestand. :o

The 650 motor is straight up I believe and the 750 slanted so your mufflers may touch the ground or be level..

NOpe.

Tried a DOHC740 exhaust on my cb650, it's close, but no cigar.

However with enough welding and fabricating a few parts, almost anything is possible.

NOpe.

Tried a DOHC740 exhaust on my cb650, it's close, but no cigar.

However with enough welding and fabricating a few parts, almost anything is possible.

That is what I did. Machined new headers, cut the pipes and welded everything back together.

Pipes pretty well NEVER interchange.

One thing the 750 has that most motors dont is splayed EX ports, most motors they come out more straight line...

 Yeah, you can modify lots of other stuff to fit but more often than not it looks  a bit cobby.. if you are really good at it, then you could build from scratch anyway..

I'll second that... 750's are about the hardest bike to modify pipes for. It's acutally EASIER to fab up your own than modify a set of collectors.
