cb500 chopper / bobber

Hey everyone. This is my first project. (pics to come soon) Im working with a very nice 72 cb500 in running condition. Have a hardtail kit that im hoping to get welded on asap. Still tryin to find an old harley sportster tank thats not goin to bankrupt me. (anyone......) Goin to strip off anything that doesnt make it go or stop.

Got the kit from tc bros choppers in ohio. Seems to be a nice setup. Its universal, but ive seen them used on cb 500s and 750s and they look great.

Pics are comin soon. Still getting everything setup. I will document the entire build for ya though. You can see the hardtail kit at tc bros choppers website. Its high quality, just hope i get it together right!

Lookin at this kit makes me think its a bit more than i should tackle. Anyone have a fab or bike shop near pittsburgh and feel like helpin a guy out? Hell i dont care if its that close to pittsburgh. Send me an email if your interested. mdock138@yahoo.com

you can send tc bros your frame and get them to do all the fab and welding for you. it only a 4 hour drive from pittsburgh to liberty center. just call them u and drive it over. they would know best.
