CB750 K7 or K8 gas tank questions

anyone here know how to remove that screeen at the bottom of the K7 K8 gas tanks?? i have some sediment i'd like to remove with the bike it sitting idle for the winter and last time i had the tank off the the life of me i couldnt get all of it out?

I thread a tap into it lightly and then pull on it while rocking.

What screen. I have a k8 tank but ive never seen a screen.

I tapped it and rocked just like the above post.

You should have a plastic like filter pressed in your line where the petcock is. If you flash a light in the tank you can see it hiding there. If you dont have one, I hope you have somekind of filter with your fuel line, it doesn't let through bigger contaminants

well i will try that if it breaks can i leave it out and just put in an IN-Line filter??
