that seat and sheet metal flames just ain't happenin......ain't feelin the love about the struts either.......hell, I got this one the other day for $100....and it looks about that one......only got it cause it came with some cb750 parts........sorry about the crappy pic.....

These days not everyone has a high dollar shop with all the expensive goodies and overhead..

So some folks can still offer bikes at what seems like ridicoulesly low prices.. seems hard to believe but true...

The thing with craigslist is it's free.  So it is painless to put any outlandish thing on there.  If he had to pay a newspaper 15 bucks for a classified ad, he would have put the real price on there, which I imagine would be around $150.

i just saw a '75 cb 750 on cl for about that much but i wouldn't buy anyones chop i would get a bike and make my own and those struts would have to go. let him keep it and show it off awhile and the price will drop to where it should be. look at all the work we have in our bikes, hours of labor and parts. think you are going to recover every penny and make a profit

I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

Is that wha'ts called a rat chopper?  Where he's ground all the chrome off it will rust and look very cool....ish, maybe, probably not...
