Polished side engine covers, cyl head cover, and finished the forks today!
Painted cam base and engine with "Dupli Color" Engine Enamel "Aluminum DE1615" (rattle can). I used it on my 750 engine last year and it worked great! Still holding up well.
Cylinder head went out to a machine shop for valve work and I just kept the rough bead blast finish they had done. Lower head was just cleaned with tooth brushes to remove all old oil and then I hit it with a wire wheel on a drill to get into the fins.
Frame has had a good Cook Off, then sand blasted and powder coated. The frame and all the bits came to $600.00 CDN.
