you may recognize one of these cars from jay lenos collection. another one went across barret jackson a few years ago. these vehicles are built in my home town, and i thought might compliment the bimmer powered ride, although they mostly have tank engines.

Cooling might be a bit of a problem....radial engines like to be out front and centre.

PS. Spitfires were powered by Rolls Royce Merlin liquid cooled, V12 engines.

i think he was referring to the big brutus car, which i assumed was german powered. and given it's chaindrive and design looked 1920's or so.

good point about the radial needing to be out front but to tell you the truth i wonder if it's just a static display as i cannot find video of it moving. i've seen it fired up for a few moments only. good point too fuzz... besides the short wheelbase and all those lil' tires haven't a prayer!

I have no info to back it up.... but I think that the Brutus car's motor is from a WWI U-boat.

I cannot remember the WWI german planes using anything but a rotary.

I'm sure I'm way off.
