There is a lot of really nice work you have put into that bike.  Plenty of detail too.  AND, you brought it back from its near demise.

Very well done.

I wonder how many here would have done what you did.
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

i just read the thread in your signiture about the fire, ... impressive most definetly .     i didn't realize that the bike wasn't a joke,   it seems you really know your stuff.    i still think it looks like a girls bike tho
ok i'm really not sure if thats a retraction or another insult  ??? ???

i would like some details on the notched frame,  i have had a hard time getting pods that fit on my bike
now you want  help!!! and your question would be best answered by me ..  talk about "instant karmic retrobution" .... you know what , start a new thread .  i'll be the bigger man and walk you through it   :P

Wow, that was hard. I finally picked one but there isn't one in the bunch I wouldn't love to have myself.  8)

Excellent work, all of you. It just amazes me how many different ways one can go with these bikes.

1969 CL350 Scrambler... almost done!!! Well, until something else goes wrong. :)
2006 HD 883 Sportster, stock. No use changing it, it's still gonna be a Harley.

WHOA!!!!  i was so up in arms over Mr.butterpants i didn't even notice i was winning  :o :o :o
i soooo honored to make it this far ,  all of the bikes here are deserving of the honor.

as far as an apoligy, i don't need one.   he feels that way, fine .   it's nothing i haven't heard before (seriuosly, i get that alot, almost word for word) that's the price you pay sometimes for going against the grain.  just never expected to see it here  (a harley forum maybe ;D )

i don't expect addmiration from everyone, i DO expect respect on these boards, this is my home , i'm here everyday, this are my family.

don't come in my house and spit on my carpet

some people you just cant change, out on the street , this would get ugly, here at SOHC4, i turn the other cheek (for now)

Awww cmon spikey!!!

You going to the Chicago bike show? We can meet up and scrap a lil in the honda section!!!  ;)

Congrats on the "love" for the bike man... I know I voted for you!!

Not too bad a drive. Only a little over an hour.

I think we are all going sunday. I'll be getting back from a dealer show on friday night and if I get in late enough saturday will be a bust.

I think "FattyMcButterPants" is a plant to garner last minute 'circle the wagons' kind of support for Spikey; thus and ergo a decisive and crushing victory.

Touché Spikey.

Word is already out Oliver Stone bought the movie rights... but I don't like to spread gossip.

in the event  my mental illness has thus far gone unnoticed when i first heard of this company i actually emailed them to see if maybe the founder was of scottish heritage. otherwise i would insist a change in name. the kind lady who responded assured me that in fact he was. seriously, they were very nice and even invited me to consider a purchase. yeah, i thought it funny too.

this btw is a very exciting bike and hope they do build it. haven't heard the latest so maybe it's a yes to that. ???

You're gonna love the brand new chrome Kerker magaphone with 1 1/2" baffle that I just found and there are tabs welded to the frame to eliminate the tacky muffler bracket clamps.  ;D

Cheers

I didn't realise that the votes were visible - normally they are hidden until the poll ends.

Oh well,  my bad,  too late to change it now.

The mods(system admin here?) should be able to see if his account was created on the same IP as a current user.

Doesn't matter IMO, it's a nice bike spikey, as are all of them.
They wouldn't have made it into the list of monthly winners last year if not.

A few answers:

1. I can check IP addresses but only one at a time! I don't fancy surfing all the members to check a match.

2. There are various options for polls. You can show all results, show results after a vote, show only at end, allow voters to change vote etc etc. It's quite a package!

3. Butterpants' email is interesting. Go look at his profile...
