I don't have time for a proper carb job right now, so I just sprayed the jets with carb cleaner and compressed air and set the float heights. I haven't set the mixture screws either. I just left them where they were (about 3 turns out). I'm sure they'll need to go in at least a full turn. The idle was jacked up very high too. I'm sure the PO was trying to compensate for the lean condition of the clogged jets.
